Business Analist -Agentic AI Platforms

Opdrachtomschrijving

Voor Rabobank in Utrecht werk je als Technical Business Analyst aan enterprise-oplossingen voor agentic AI. Je vormt de verbinding tussen bedrijfsdoelstellingen en technische realisatie. Je vertaalt businessbehoeften naar duidelijke, toetsbare requirements en brengt daarbij ook de gevolgen voor identiteit, platform, security, risico’s en operatie in kaart.

Je werkt samen met businessstakeholders, productteams, architecten, engineers, securityspecialisten en platformteams. Daarbij onderzoek je hoe AI-agents omgaan met bedrijfssystemen, API’s, databronnen, tools en bedrijfsprocessen. Je maakt onder meer gebruikersreizen, procesflows en meetbare acceptatiecriteria en zorgt voor samenhang en traceerbaarheid van de businessbehoefte tot en met realisatie en validatie.

De context omvat onder andere agentic AI, identity en access management, beveiliging, gegevensbescherming en containerized platformen. Je maakt risico’s, afhankelijkheden, aannames, beperkingen en operationele gevolgen tijdig zichtbaar. Het beoogde resultaat is dat businessintentie wordt omgezet in uitvoerbare requirements, toegangs- en beveiligingsmaatregelen expliciet zijn en verwachtingen rond performance, beschikbaarheid, schaalbaarheid en compliance meetbaar zijn. Zo kunnen deliveryteams met minder onduidelijkheden en late verrassingen verder.

Gevraagd profiel

Je bent een ervaren Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst of vergelijkbare professional met ervaring in complexe enterprise-technologierealisatie. Je kunt technische concepten uitleggen in zakelijke taal en businessintentie vertalen naar informatie waarmee engineeringteams kunnen werken. Je hebt ervaring met requirementsengineering, het vastleggen van functionele en niet-functionele requirements en het formuleren van meetbare acceptatiecriteria.

Je beweegt gemakkelijk tussen business en techniek en werkt effectief in agile of hybride omgevingen. Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met AI, cloudplatformen, API’s, IAM, security of containerized omgevingen. Ervaring binnen de bancaire sector, financiële dienstverlening of een andere sterk gereguleerde omgeving is een voordeel. Je communiceert helder in het Engels, faciliteert gesprekken, stelt kritische vragen en maakt risico’s en afwegingen inzichtelijk zonder de rol van solution architect of hands-on engineer over te nemen.

Eisen

• The candidate must be proficient in English
• The candidate must live in the Netherlands
• The assignment is for 1 FTE, or 36 hours per week
• ZZP is not allowed for this assignment
• The candidate must be available for the entire duration of the assignment
• The candidate must successfully complete the pre-employment screening before starting
• The candidate must possess a valid passport or identity card that remains valid during the intake and on the contract start date and can be presented for verification
• The candidate must have demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or in a similar role in complex enterprise technology delivery
• The candidate must have experience working across business and technical teams in agile or hybrid delivery environments
• The candidate must have a proven ability to define functional requirements and measurable non-functional acceptance criteria
• The candidate must have strong facilitation, stakeholder management, written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• The candidate must have a conceptual understanding of traditional AI, Generative AI, copilots, chatbots, AI agents, agent runtimes and orchestration, tool calling, memory and context management, planning and reasoning, multi-agent systems, and human-in-the-loop patterns
• The candidate must have a solid understanding of authentication versus authorization, identity management, user and service identities, managed and application identities, external or federated identities, RBAC, group-based authorization, SSO, and federation
• The candidate must have a high-level understanding of containerization, differences between containers and virtual machines, images, registries, runtime environments, orchestration, and Kubernetes capabilities such as deployments, scaling, high availability, service discovery, configuration, and secrets
• The candidate must have awareness of security-by-design, secure handling of sensitive and confidential data, IAM, data protection, secrets management, network security, audit and logging, common security anti-patterns, and financial-services regulatory expectations
• The candidate must have strong requirements engineering and user journey mapping skills, including defining functional and non-functional requirements covering security, performance, availability, scalability, and compliance and expressing them as measurable acceptance criteria
• The personal motivation must describe how the candidate meets the required competencies
• The candidate's CV and personal motivation must be in English

Wensen

• Experience with AI, cloud platforms, APIs, IAM, security, or containerized environments is strongly preferred
• Experience in banking, financial services, or another highly regulated environment is advantageous
