Senior Application Solution Designer

Opdrachtomschrijving

Voor Vattenfall AB werk je binnen het Financial Solutions-team van IT aan een meerjarig SAP S/4HANA-programma. Het programma richt zich op 150 juridische entiteiten in zes Europese landen en heeft als doel Supply Chain- en Finance-processen in de Nordics, Nederland en Duitsland te harmoniseren en standaardiseren. De geplande go-live is januari 2027.

Als Senior Application Solution Designer ontwerp je oplossingen binnen de architectuurrichtlijnen en zorg je voor samenhang tussen meerdere systemen. Je vertaalt business requirements en user stories naar solution- en integratiedesigns, waarbij je onder meer rekening houdt met functionele impact, datamodellen, interfaces, gegevensoverdracht, procesflows en non-functionele eisen. Je documenteert de gekozen oplossingen en houdt deze actueel. Ook werk je samen met agile- en developmentteams aan technologiekeuzes, design patterns en technische stories.

Je vervult daarnaast een belangrijke rol als SAP Supply Chain SME. Je werkt samen met CRXMarkets en business key-users om te zorgen voor een correcte gegevensoverdracht vanuit SAP en een goede aansluiting op de bedrijfsprocessen. Na de go-live help je defectafhandeling volgens het opgeleverde S/4HANA-design te bewaken en behandel je change requests in afstemming met IT en de business. Je werkt nauw samen met Finance Accounts Payable en CRXMarkets. Voor deze opdracht is aanwezigheid in Amsterdam één à twee keer per maand nodig.

Gevraagd profiel

Je bent een ervaren Solution Designer en SAP Supply Chain-specialist met meer dan tien jaar ervaring in het vakgebied. Je hebt diepgaande kennis van SAP Supply Chain, een goed begrip van integraties met gerelateerde modules en bedrijfsprocessen en kennis van de CRXMarkets-add-on voor S/4HANA. Ook ben je bekend met Business Partner- en Purchase Order-verwerking binnen Supply Chain Financing.

Je hebt een achtergrond in Supply Chain; een masteropleiding in Supply Chain is sterk gewenst. Je bent analytisch en conceptueel sterk, werkt zelfstandig en voelt je prettig bij complexe vraagstukken en ambiguïteit. Als client-facing professional kun je de businesswaarde en impact van S/4HANA Supply Chain-transformaties helder uitleggen en IT, business en implementatieteams richting geven. Kennis van de Nederlandse of Duitse taal is een sterke pré.

Eisen

• Deep SAP Supply Chain knowledge is a must
• Has a knowledge of CRX Markets add on S/4Hana is a must
• Having a knowledge of Business Partner & Purchase Order handling within the Supply Chain Financing process is a must
• Background in Supply chain is a must
• On site presence in Amsterdam is needed 1 or 2 times a month. Therefore, the candidate should live in the Netherlands

Wensen

• Master degree in Supply Chain is highly preferred
• Dutch or German language skills are a strong plus
