Opdrachtomschrijving

Voor Vattenfall AB zoek je als senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer een hands-on consultant die business en technologie met elkaar verbindt. Je werkt binnen het Dynamics 365- en Power Platform-ecosysteem aan discovery, procesontwerp, configuratie, uitbreiding, integratie, testen, implementatie en adoptie van oplossingen.

Je vertaalt bedrijfsbehoeften naar procesmodellen, user stories, acceptatiecriteria en oplossingsontwerpen. Daarbij ontwerp, configureer en breid je oplossingen uit voor Dynamics 365 Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys en Project Operations Core. Ook werk je met Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate en Power BI aan onder meer datamodellen, Model-Driven Apps, formulieren, weergaven, dashboards, business rules, business process flows en geautomatiseerde workflows.

Je bent betrokken bij het ontwerp van autorisaties, integraties, datamigraties, application lifecycle management en CI/CD-processen. Daarnaast begeleid je testen, UAT, deployment readiness, training, go-live, hypercare en documentatie. Je werkt samen met businessstakeholders, architecten, ontwikkelaars, testers, integratieteams en leveranciers en draagt bij aan governance en Microsoft-best practices. Het beoogde resultaat is een goed ontworpen, getest, geïmplementeerd en gedocumenteerd Dynamics 365- en Power Platform-landschap.

De opdracht kan op afstand worden uitgevoerd. Je woont in Nederland en bent af en toe aanwezig op locatie in Amsterdam.

Gevraagd profiel

Je bent een senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer en consultant met minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in het leiden van discoveryworkshops en het vertalen van bedrijfsbehoeften naar werkbare oplossingen. Je hebt ruime ervaring met Dynamics 365 Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys en Project Operations Core, en met Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, integraties, security, Azure-componenten en CI/CD.

Je combineert inhoudelijke diepgang met een verbindende werkwijze. Je kunt zelfstandig solution design en delivery vormgeven, werkt gestructureerd binnen een Agile omgeving en schakelt effectief met verschillende disciplines. Ook begeleid je teamleden en beschik je over professionele beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Een bachelor of gelijkwaardige hogere opleiding in IT, computerwetenschappen, informatiesystemen, software-engineering of een verwant vakgebied sluit aan op deze rol.

Eisen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Professional proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken
• The external worker needs to be living in Netherlands as on-site presence in Amsterdam is occasionally needed

Wensen

• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are preferred

• Senior hands-on consultant who bridges business and technology, leading discovery, process design, configuration, extension, integration, testing, deployment, and adoption across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem
• Extensive years of experience (5 years +) in lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into process models, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs
• Design, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 solutions across Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, and Project Operations Core
• Build Dataverse data models, Model-Driven Apps, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, business process flows, and automated workflows
• Design security roles, integrations, data migrations, application lifecycle management, and CI/CD processes
• Lead testing, UAT, deployment readiness, training, go-live, hypercare, and solution documentation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, integration teams, and vendors
• Apply governance and Microsoft best practices while mentoring delivery team members
• Extensive years of experience (5 years +) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, and Project Operations Core
• Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Model-Driven Apps, custom tables, forms, views, dashboards, and custom pages
