Beschrijving

Als Site Inspector bij TenneT draag je direct bij aan de bouw van toekomstbestendige offshore jacket-constructies voor hoogspanningsplatforms.

Je voert geplande inspecties en willekeurige rondes uit in de constructiewerkplaats en bewaakt kwaliteit van lassen, coatings en materialen.

Je handhaaft en bevordert HSE-standaarden, grijpt in bij onveilige situaties en kan werkzaamheden stilleggen indien nodig.

Je coördineert met certificeringsinstanties, verzorgt materiaaltesten en rapporteert afwijkingen en bouwrisico’s tijdig.

Je fungeert als on-site vertegenwoordiger van TenneT (in afwezigheid van de Supervisor) en stemt continu af met interne en externe stakeholders om voortgang en compliance te waarborgen.

Vereist profiel

• Certificaten (VERPLICHT): IWT of IWI‑C (International Welding Technologist/Inspector Level C), VTW‑2 Visual Weld Inspector, en coating inspectiecertificaat (bijv. NACE of FROSIO).
• Technische kennis: Aantoonbare ervaring met offshore staalconstructies, lasinspecties en coatinginspecties; bekend met DNV-standaarden (o.a. DNVGL‑OS‑C401), ISO 12944 en NDT-methoden (UT, MT e.d.).
• Ervaring & kwaliteitsinzicht: Ervaring in QA/QC-omgevingen, monitoring van constructievoortgang, identificatie van bouwrisico’s en omgang met certificerende instanties.
• Vaardigheden & houding: Proactief, assertief op veiligheidsgebied, zelfstandig, analytisch sterk, goede tijdsindeling en communicatief vaardig als on-site vertegenwoordiger van TenneT.
• Talen & IT: Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; gevorderde Microsoft Office- en pc-vaardigheden.
• Beschikbaarheid & locatie: Fulltime aanwezig op de bouwplaats in Vlissingen (5 dagen per week). Kandidaat moet in Nederland wonen; voorkeur voor woonplaats in de regio om reistijd te beperken.
• Contract & voorwaarden: Projectbasis tot minimaal de zomer van 2029 met mogelijk verlenging. Pre-employment screening en VOG verplicht vóór aanvang. Alle tarieven moeten all-in zijn inclusief reiskosten; na 12 maanden eindigt de fee-only constructie; € 1,45 marge wordt door de leverancier ingehouden.
• Belangrijk: Ervaring bij opdrachtgeverszijde of bij certificeringsbedrijven is sterk gewenst. Geldige paspoort/ID verplicht bij selectie en aanvang.
• Sollicitatie: Stuur motivatie en CV in het Nederlands of Engels. De opdracht valt in schaal 8 en leveranciers dienen op de hoogte te zijn van arbeidsrechtelijke regels en CAO-bepalingen van TenneT.

Eisen

• IWT or IWI-C certification (International Welding Technologist / International Welding Inspector – Level C) is required.
• VTW-2 Visual Weld Inspector certification is required.
• Coating inspection certification (e.g., NACE or FROSIO) is required.
• Candidate needs to have experience with welding and coating inspections, preferable on the client side or within a certification company.
• Candidates has to be demonstrably qualified through certificates (welding and coating, as mentioned above).
• Candidate has to live in the Netherlands.
• Duty station: Vlissingen (5 days a week).
• At entry, TenneT performs a Pre-Employment Screening.
• Certificate of Conduct is obligated before the candidate can start.
• All submitted candidates must be in possession of a valid Passport or ID card, which must be taken along to the interview and at the start of the assignment.
• The VOG must be received before the candidate could start.
• Important, the candidate has to be available throughout the entire duration of the assignment.

Wensen

• Candidate needs to have experience with welding and coating inspections, preferable on the client side or within a certification company.
• MUST: Candidates has to be demonstrably qualified through certificates (welding and coating, as mentioned above).
• TenneT prefers a candidate who lives in the area.
