Rol samenvatting

Als Lead Contract Manager bent u eindverantwoordelijk voor het contractuele beheer van de raamovereenkomst met de General Contractor voor de bouw van het PALLAS-reactorproject.

U leidt een team van NEC4-specialisten en waarborgt de totale contractuele prestaties van de General Contractor, inclusief toepassing en beheer van meerdere NEC4 ECC Type C-contracten voor de nucleaire island en off-plot scope.

Uw taken omvatten het trainen en coachen van contractmanagers, het opstellen, afsluiten en beheren van NEC4-contracten en subcontracts, en het bewaken van contractuele interfaces en KPI’s van het contractteam.

U stuurt inkoop- en contractstrategieën, supervisie op onderaannemers en inkoopprocessen, en bent betrokken bij betalingsprocessen, Material Project Agreements en escalaties richting managementboard.

Daarnaast ondersteunt u geschiloplossing (o.a. Dispute Avoidance Board), beheert u contractuele bepalingen onder NEC4 en draagt u zorg voor naleving van relevante kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvereisten binnen het project.

Vereist profiel

• Masterdiploma in Engineering, Bedrijfskunde of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
• Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in contractmanagement binnen infrastructuurprojecten of de nucleaire sector.
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met voorbereiding, beheer en afsluiting van NEC4 ECC Type C-contracten en bijbehorende subcontracts.
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in leidinggeven aan contract- en inkoopteams.
• Aantoonbare ervaring met contractuele interfacebeheer, KPI-management en escalaties naar directieniveau.
• Kennis en ervaring met ISO 9001 en ISO 19443.
• Ervaring met supervisie van onderaannemers, inkoopprocessen en toepassing van Material Project Agreements is een pré.
• Sterke communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden; ervaring met geschilpreventie en -oplossing (bijv. ondersteuning Dispute Avoidance Board).
• Vereist: vloeiend Engels; Nederlands is een voordeel.
• Bereidheid tot regelmatige aanwezigheid en reizen naar Petten; hoofdkantoor is in Petten.
• Vereiste veiligheidscheck: VGB-B screening.

Procurement and supply chain management: Experience in procurement strategies, procurement processes, and overseeing main contractors and subcontractors. Financial and contractual processes: Knowledge of payment processes, contractual obligations and project financing agreements. Quality and compliance: Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 19443, preferably in a complex or nuclear project environment. Communication and stakeholder management: The ability to coach contract managers and engage effectively with the General Contractor, project leadership and management board. Key consideration: The motivation letter should provide concrete examples demonstrating that the candidate combines strong NEC4 contract management expertise with the leadership skills required to manage a team and oversee the overall contractual performance of a major contractor at project level.
