Nederlands: Data Analyst voor Tribe Foundation4Tech binnen de Infrastructure as Code Area. Je zet grote hoeveelheden infrastructuur-, security- en compliance-data om in bruikbare inzichten die operationele excellentie, risicobeheer en naleving ondersteunen. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair Agile-team (DevOps / Scrumban) samen met engineers, security specialisten, architecten, risk officers en product owners. Je neemt eigenaarschap, verbetert datakwaliteit en bouwt dashboards, KPI’s en datamodellen om de veerkracht en veiligheid van de IT-landschap te versterken. De rol ondersteunt audit-, risico- en governance-activiteiten en draagt bij aan Lifecycle- en Vulnerability Management.

English: Data Analyst for Tribe Foundation4Tech within the Infrastructure as Code Area. You will turn large volumes of infrastructure, security and compliance data into actionable insights supporting operational excellence, risk management and regulatory compliance. You will operate in a multidisciplinary Agile team (DevOps / Scrumban) with engineers, security specialists, architects, risk officers and product owners. You will take ownership of data quality, create dashboards, KPIs and data models to improve resilience and security of the IT landscape. The role supports audit, risk and governance activities and contributes to Lifecycle and Vulnerability Management.

Je analyseert en interpreteert complexe infrastructuur-, security- en compliance-data uit meerdere bronnen om heldere inzichten te leveren.

Je ontwikkelt dashboards, rapporten en KPI's (Power BI / Tableau) die datagedreven besluitvorming mogelijk maken.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor datakwaliteit en automatiseert processen samen met DevOps-teams en stakeholders.

Je monitort naleving van regelgevingen en interne regels en ondersteunt audits door betrouwbare rapportage en bewijsvoering.

Je ondersteunt Lifecycle Management en Vulnerability Management door risico's, trends en prioriteiten te analyseren en te communiceren.

Je werkt continu aan verbeteringen in Agile / Scrumban-verbeterinitiatieven om de infrastructuur- en securitypostuur te versterken.

Vereist profiel (Nederlands)

• Bachelor of Master in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management of vergelijkbaar.
• Ervaring als Data Analyst in IT-infrastructuur, security of technologie-omgeving.
• Ervaren met SQL en werken met grote datasets; vaardig in visualisatietools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Sterke stakeholdermanagement-, communicatie-, samenwerking- en beïnvloedingsvaardigheden; zelfstandig en initiatiefrijk.
• Kennis van Lifecycle Management (LCM), Vulnerability Management en informatiebeveiligingsprincipes.
• Ervaring met Agile/DevOps/Scrumban werkwijzen.

Required profile (English)

• Bachelor's or Master's in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management or related field.
• Experience as a Data Analyst in IT infrastructure, security or technology environments.
• Proficient in SQL and working with large datasets; strong with visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration and influencing skills; proactive and able to take ownership.
• Knowledge of Lifecycle Management (LCM), Vulnerability Management and information security principles.
• Experience working in Agile, DevOps and Scrumban environments.

Aanvullende voorkeuren / Preferred

• Ervaring in financiële dienstverlening of gereguleerde sector.
• Bekend met CMDB, asset management, monitoring platforms en Databricks.
• Scripting/automatisering (Python, PowerShell, Azure Data) en Microsoft Power Platform ervaring zijn een plus.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• Experience as a Data Analyst within an IT Infrastructure, Security, or Technology environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and drive progress independently.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with Lifecycle Management (LCM) reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of Vulnerability Management frameworks, vulnerability scanning solutions, and remediation tracking.
• Understanding of information security principles, cyber risk management, and security controls.
• Experience working within Agile, DevOps, and Scrumban environments.

Wensen

• Experience within the financial services or regulated industry.
• Experience with CMDB, asset management, and infrastructure monitoring platforms.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting technologies (Python, PowerShell, or Azure Data solutions).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to develop low-code solutions, automate operational workflows, and streamline reporting.
• Experience with Databricks for data engineering, analytics, and working with large-scale datasets.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Elastic, Dynatrace, Prometheus, or Azure Monitor.
