Functieomschrijving

Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer (hands‑on) verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van businessbehoeften naar operationele oplossingen binnen het Dynamics 365 en Power Platform ecosysteem.
Leidt discovery workshops, ontwerpt processen, configureert en breidt oplossingen uit voor Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys en Project Operations Core.
Bouwt Dataverse datamodellen, Model‑Driven Apps, formulieren, views, dashboards, business rules, business process flows en geautomatiseerde workflows.
Ontwerpt beveiligingsrollen, verzorgt integraties, data‑migraties, applicatie lifecycle management en CI/CD pipelines; verantwoordelijk voor testen, UAT, go‑live en hypercare.
Werkt nauw samen met stakeholders, architects, ontwikkelaars, testers en leveranciers, past governance en Microsoft best practices toe en begeleidt het delivery team.

Vereist profiel

• Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, Project Operations Core) en Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Ervaring met Model‑Driven Apps, custom tables, formulieren, views, dashboards, business process flows, business rules, approvals en exception handling.
• Technische vaardigheden: JavaScript, C#/.NET plug‑ins, Dataverse Web API, REST integraties; ervaring met Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus en dataflows.
• Kennis van security design (rollen, teams, business units, field security) en toepassing van least‑privilege principe.
• Ervaring met ALM en CI/CD (Azure DevOps, source control, deployment pipelines) en met data migraties en integratiepatronen.
• Sterke vaardigheden in requirementsanalyse, solution design, Agile delivery, testen, training en stakeholdermanagement.
• HBO/WO‑werk‑ en denkniveau in IT gerelateerde richting; relevante Dynamics/Power Platform certificeringen zijn een pré.
• Professionele beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; CV mag in het Engels worden ingediend.
• LET OP: ENKEL DETACHERING. De kandidaat moet woonachtig zijn in Nederland; remote mogelijk maar incidentele aanwezigheid op locatie in Amsterdam is vereist.

Eisen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• The external worker needs to be living in the Netherlands as on-site presence in Amsterdam is occasionally needed.

Wensen

• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are preferred.
